Huntsville Personal Injury Law Firm Files Suit Against General Dynamics

On June 11, 2021, Warren & Simpson, PC filed a workers compensation lawsuit against General Dynamics. The lawsuit filed this week is the seventh filed by Warren & Simpson’s Beryllium Disease lawyers. The first was filed in 2017.

General Dynamics’ workers are exposed to beryllium particles on a daily basis.
