Huntsville Personal Injury Law Firm Files Suit Against General Dynamics
On June 11, 2021, Warren & Simpson, PC filed a workers compensation lawsuit against General Dynamics. The lawsuit filed this week is the seventh filed by Warren & Simpson’s Beryllium Disease lawyers. The first was filed in 2017.

So far, we have represented seven northern Alabama residents who developed Chronic Beryllium Disease while working for General Dynamics. Each of these workers were lifelong residents of the Cullman area and had worked for General Dynamics for decades, some for as long has 40 years.

General Dynamics owns and operates a 120,000 square foot manufacturing facility in Cullman where approximately 200 Alabama residents are employed. The General Dynamics facility uses beryllium to manufacture aerospace and missile components. Beryllium is a toxic metal that when inhaled can cause permanent and severe respiratory issues. General Dynamics’ workers are exposed to beryllium particles on a daily basis.
